The paper presents the architectural structure and technical features of a system to execute distance tests and contests that is devoted to hold scientific Olympiads for students interested in natural and technical sciences. The main feature of the system is an ability to extend available input and checking methods for solutions, a support for a wide class of contest types and different techniques of knowledge control.
