      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The problem of formal model creation for describing structure and behavior of dynamic cognitive images (CI) is considered. The foundation of this model is the principle of hierarchical decomposition of cognitive image on layers, containing image fragments. On the base of formal model computer developer studio of creating of cognitive images is created. One of the advantages of developed studio is the ability of time interval unconformity revelation of CI fragments displaying based on finite state machines.</p>
