        <p>The software reliability growth model on testing stage with means of nonstationary Markov chains is described. The graph of service system states transitions is presented as well as the system of differential equations and examples of the probabilistic characteristics calculations. The ways of using the model to forecast required testing time and choose more efficient strategy are proposed. The problem of starting conditions and source data as model parameters is shortly discussed.</p>
