At trace evidence observation algorithms of optimal reception which are traditionally used in marine radiolocation don't allow to reach high probabilities of traces detection at fixed false alarm probability. This article is devoted to method of contrasting signal reception at trace evidence observation. The theory of contrasting signal reception at nonlinear receiver is outlined. Structural diagrams of contrasting receivers are provided. Methods for calculation of the contrasting receivers detection and false alarm probability are regarded.
