        <p>It is offered to use graphs of concepts instead of a traditional way of structuring training information on sections, themes and paragraphs. In this case for the training information additional characteristics are entered, and offered the way of their measurement that allows determining more precisely parameters of the training information and by that, more effectively to operate process of training.</p>
