        <p>The paper is devoted to systematization of the results obtained by authors and aimed to information decision support system development due to providing an effective operational service management on the example of an enterprise of health and beauty industry. The two basic constituents of operational service management are considered. These aspects are reflected in the technologies of ontological knowledge bases and multi-agent systems, related to the area of the distributed artificial intelligence.</p>
