        <p>In this paper finite logical automata and combinational circuit models using fuzzy logic are considered. It is shown that fuzzy finite automata and fuzzy combinational circuit simplify the programming of material area and are more flexible than their traditional non-fuzzy analogs. The comparison of automata and circuit implemented with the help of a specific example demonstrates that a fuzzy circuit generates the same output much faster than fuzzy automata.</p>
