        <p>This article considers the new approach to the problem of ensuring safety of the firewall on the basis of integrity programs and processes. It proposes models and approaches how to implement static and dynamic integrity, based on proactive and reactive mechanisms at the kernel level of the operating system built-in into the firewall.</p>
