        <p>In article the problems of optimization of processes of induction heating were formulated and solved on different criteria of quality using complex numerical model, interrelated nonlinear processes in the electromagnetic and thermal fields. The joint solution of the problem of optimal control induction heater according to criteria of high-speed performance and energy consumption was given.</p>
