        <p>New approach for image reconstruction is described in this paper. The approach uses modified exemplar-based method (EBM). This modification let us choose suboptimal adaptive shape and block size, for which is found similar blocks, them number increase with rotation of found similar blocks. In this paper have shown image reconstruction efficiency depends on block size for EBM. This approach lets us take less reconstruction error that original method аnd another known image reconstruction methods. It was showed efficiency of new approach with several examples.</p>
