        <p>The article deals with the new way of induction crucible furnace exploitation risk control structure scheme development and optimization by parameters of diagnostic device. Induction furnace behavior dynamic model structure scheme is concerned, induction furnace functioning process parameters are computed and analyzed in the aim of different diagnostic devices efficiency definition.</p>
