        <p>Problems of information service monitoring in automated management systems are considered. Service is treated as a system of procedures for information interaction of management subjects by transmitting information objects. Service monitoring is effected by changing procedure priorities by means of varying objects' ranks. A queuing discipline is proposed based on dynamic formation of the procedure execution queue.</p>
