        <p>Complications related to volume increase of data that needs to be analyzed, lack or insufficiency of complementary metadata are described. Complications of data to ontologies transformation task are shown, applications with declarative approach for solving this task are examined, relevant languages and technologies are reviewed. Model of functional conveyor is suggested and its application for transforming diagrams is described.</p>
