        <p>The issues that deal with the evaluation of the information technology (IT) projects attractiveness are considered. The article proposes the methodology of the evaluation of IT projects attractiveness, based on requirements of stakeholders. The methodology is intended to increase the trustworthiness of attractiveness evaluation and accelerate the managerial decision making process with the help of evaluation results ranking.</p>
