        <p>The method of the analysis and modelling of the nonlinear devices, named is developed by a method of parametrical characteristics. Nonlinear elements are considered as parametrical, the analysis is conducted with use of multivariate Laplace transformation. Consideration conducts on an example of the converter of frequency on the diode.</p>
