        <p>Problems of operative subject data processing of remote sounding of the Earth from space with reference to monitoring of emergency situations at regional level are considered. The principle of construction of the architecture of the automated system on collection, processing, transmissions of the diverse data on the basis of the modular structure is considered, allowing to reduce time of development new programs at the extension of functions of monitoring system or upgrade computing resources.</p>
