        <p>In work it is analysed existing networks of a cellular mobile radio communication, prospects of development of networks of ground mobile communication in a direction of construction of model of a network with dynamic topology. Variants of frequency planning in communication networks with dynamic topology and calculation of time of interaction of the switching equipment depending on parameters of movement of objects are considered. Conditions of a choice of an interval stationarity limited by admissible minimal value, for calculation of tables of routing are offered.</p>
