        <p>This paper is related to atmospheric pressure plasma discharge phenomenon. The number of filaments and its dynamic characteristics in dielectric barrier discharge with liquid (nonmetallic) electrode were determined by oscilloscopic and optical techniques. Presented results about discharge characteristics were discussed.</p>
