        <p>The problem of technical state analysis of building objects is considered. In view of practical complexity and high cost of instrumental control it suggested to obtain generalized estimations use fuzzy set theory toolkit - fuzzy Delphi method and defuzzification methods for type-1 and type-2 fuzzy sets.</p>
